How it works

Pay4Fitness provides an online ordering facility for spas and health clubs. You will likely have been directed here from the official hotel or health club website.

This page gives you a quick guide as to how our service works.

  • Choose your package from the list available specific to the hotel or health club you have chosen
  • Click the link to view further details about the package, paying particular attention to any restrictions
  • If you are booking a date sensitive package, such as a spa day, we advise that you contact the venue first to check availability for your chosen day to save disappointment.
  • Add the package to your basket and then checkout
  • You’ll be asked for your contact information for the order and then you can pay through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
  • When the order has gone through you’ll receive an email from us confirming we’ve received the order.
  • A short while later, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a second email from us. It is this email that you’ll need to print out and take with you as proof of your purchase.
  • Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive an email. The email address we use for sending is orders@pay4fitness.co.uk so you can add this to your safe senders list.
  • All vouchers issued by Pay4Fitness are valid for six months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
